Luffa Flowers and Pollinators

Welcome to the luffa flower garden. Many colorful insects including butterflies and moths visit the blooms. Bumblebees have a special affinity for the large bright yellow luffa flowers. Ants are attracted by small plant structures at the base of flower buds and wander all over the vines. Put some summer sunshine on your screen by viewing these photos of luffa pollinators at work.
